The correct selection of filter bags:
â—† According to the actual requirements of the filtration process, the filtration mode (deep filtration, surface filtration) is determined, and then the filter bag material is determined by Table 2.

Filtration accuracy of filter bags (Table 3)

Different materials of filter materials, each with different filtration methods, filtration efficiency, filtration accuracy, even if the same filter material is used, the filtration effect will be affected when the temperature, viscosity, flow rate or filtrate quality and impurity content of the filtrate change. If there is a change, please select the appropriate filter material according to the actual working conditions.

Chemical compatibility of filter media

There are many kinds of filter materials, different materials, and different filtrates have different physical and chemical properties. During the filtration process, the filter material must be compatible with it, and it cannot react chemically. The filter material must also face the same pressure and temperature change as the filtrate. The filter material should maintain its fixed structure, and the pore size does not change. Softening, cracking or releasing ingredients to provide a consistent, uniform filtration quality.

Different filter materials have different physical and chemical properties. Please refer to the table below to select the appropriate filter media .

In general, it is possible to filter a filtrate having a relatively high polarity such as a strontium salt, and a filter material of PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyester) may be selected, and a filtrate having a relatively low polarity such as a solvent may be filtered, and PE may be selected.
