Shelter cloths increase translucency

In winter, the weather is dry and windy weather increases. As a result, the dust falling on the shed film also increases. If it is not removed in time, the transparency of the shed film will be seriously affected. Film strips can be installed to better solve this problem.

The first thing is to adjust the tightness and avoid winding. The degree of tightness of the dust cloth strip is the center line of the film rope. When the cloth strip oscillates left and right, adjacent strips are close to each other, but they are not suitable for winding. After a certain period of time, the strips were constantly rocked by the wind, causing some of the strips to elongate. When encountering the “small winds” on the shed or the local wind direction, the direction of oscillation of the adjacent strips was not uniform. On the contrary, the entanglement is caused. Therefore, after the tape is tethered for 7 to 15 days, all the tapes should be re-tethered and the tightness thereof should be adjusted.

Second, often shift, increase dust removal rate. The dust plugs are fixed at both ends so that the area swinging left and right assumes a spindle shape. When the mid-segment swing amplitude is large, the dust removal rate can reach more than 80%. Many vegetable farmers do not move after setting up the dust strips. The dust strips swing back and forth within a fixed distance during the whole winter. It is easy to form dead spots and reduce the transmittance of the film. Therefore, in the 10 to 15 days when the position of the dust cloth strip shift, first from the front of the shed, one by one to unwind the cloth strips, the cloth strips moved to the distance of a film rope, and then tied firmly. Then, the other end of the cloth strip tied on the film rope at the shelter ridge is unlocked and displaced, and is tied on the same film rope corresponding to the lower one.

Protection of film and floating film insulation

This "trousers" is usually in close contact with the film ropes, skeletons, etc., and the film is easily damaged due to friction. The old mulch film can be used to padded the horizontal steel wire in the “pants” and the film rope, skeleton, etc., and the mulch film is softer, more protective, and less wear-resistant than the cloth, fatigue hose and other items. Floating film on the hard object, to soft pack. The floating membrane needs to be compacted. The usual method is to use sand or soil in a woven bag. It is easy to absorb water in the winter and it is difficult to use after being frozen. The friction is also small. If there is water or ice slag on the floating membrane, the woven bag can easily slip off. Many vegetable farmers now use old columns to compact floating membranes, but it is important to note that the old columns should be soft-packed. Specific practices include: cut the old column into a length of about 50 cm, and then wrap it with old clothes, and then use a short rope to form a handle; after laying the floating film, the portable cord can be pressed onto the floating membrane. The wrapped column will not cause damage to the floating membrane and will act as a compaction.

In the current greenhouse construction process, the fixing of steel wire and steel pipe is very important. It not only can fix the steel pipe and steel wire well, but also does not damage the film after it is covered with a film.
