(1), demand

1. Gas supply parameters: 1. Gas species: There are eight kinds of gases. 1. Optical chamber: 2 for C2H2 and Air; 1 for atomic fluorescence chamber: 1 for Ar;

ICP room: 1 in total; gas chromatographic chamber: H2, N2, Air, 6 in each group;

Temperament chamber: He a total of 1; color processing room: N2 a total of 2;

Oil 2 room: O2 1

2, pressure requirements: gas source - high pressure bottled gas, filled according to national standards; and Dewar (liquid nitrogen)

4. Special requirements:

4.1 Due to the large amount of nitrogen, liquid dewar should be used as the main gas supply and two high-pressure steel cylinders as spare gas supply to ensure uninterrupted gas supply and prevent the use of instruments due to the interruption of gas supply.

4.2 Part of the gas source with more gas points adopts the centralized gas supply mode of automatic switching continuous uninterrupted gas supply, terminal configuration switch valve and pressure indication

4.3 Small-flow gas source adopts single-loop busbar supply air, terminal configuration on-off valve and pressure indication

(III) Gas supply process

According to the design parameters, there are eight gases, Ar (argon), N2 (nitrogen), LN2 (liquid nitrogen) He (helium), air compressor first floor (Air), hydrogen (H2), acetylene (C2H2), O2 (Oxygen) There are separate gas cylinder rooms on the fourth and fifth floors.

The gas supply process is as follows: the gas enters the high-pressure collecting pipe from the gas cylinder through the high-pressure hose, and the pressure is reduced to 1.1Mpa after the first decompression, and reaches the laboratory instruments through the clean stainless steel gas delivery pipe.

The gas output is controlled by a switch valve or a terminal pressure reducing valve. For instruments using different pressure requirements, a second pressure adjustment is performed before entering the instrument, so that the pressure conforms to the working conditions used by the instrument.
