In terms of policies, in order to strengthen the supervision and management of clinical trials of medical devices, in May this year, the State Food and Drug Administration issued the "Notice on Re-seeking the Main Points of On-site Inspection of Medical Devices Clinical Trials", referring to the application for registration of medical devices in trial. In the midst of the implementation of the clinical trials conducted before June 1, 2016, and the two documents of the “2016 Medical Device Clinical Trial Site Inspection Points” and “Medical Device Clinical Trial Site Inspection Procedures” revised after the previous consultation, In conjunction with the "Principles of Clinical Device Test Results", the opinion was again publicly requested.
