Symptoms

Sweet (spicy) pepper white spot disease, also known as spot disease. The main damage leaves, seedling stage, adult stage can be the disease. The lesions were round or near-circular at the beginning, and the edges were dark brown with small spots. They were slightly raised, and the center was white or gray-white. There were scattered small black spots on the spots, which were pathogenic conidia. The lesions sometimes fall off in the middle and the morbidity causes severe defoliation.

The law of incidence

The conidia are overwintered on the sick, mixed with seeds, or left in the soil. The conditions of the leap year are suitable for infesting the leaves and breeding, and reinfestation can be carried out by spread of wind and rain. The disease is susceptible to disease on high temperature and high humidity conditions.

Control methods

(1) Make every year round. (2) Remove the sick leaves and collect them in a timely manner after harvesting.
