1. Before the boiling dryer is turned on, check whether the transmission parts of the equipment can run smoothly, and whether there is any foreign matter that interferes with the operation of the equipment. Check if lubrication is required for each lubricated part. Check each steam valve for damage, internal leakage!

2, before the operation of the bed making equipment, it is necessary to flatten the dry salt of not less than 20cm on the inner hole plate of the wind chamber, and the thickness of the salt layer is required to be uniform and flat.

1 First open the heat exchanger steam inlet and outlet valve, the steam inlet valve should be slowly opened, open the discharge steam condensate valve, so that the condensate can be discharged smoothly.

2 Turn on the power of the equipment distribution cabinet and press the induced draft fan and blower button in sequence. Wait for the internal temperature of the device to heat up and monitor the operation of each device.

When the temperature rises to about 150 °C, the feeding motor is turned on and the feeding starts. Then turn on the discharge motor! When feeding, it must be smooth and continuous, and avoid avoiding too much! It is strictly forbidden to interfere with the crusher operation with foreign matter when the feeding motor is running!

4. Stop the boiling dryer before notifying the previous process, stop the discharging, close the feeding motor after the material is not in the hopper, and continue to dry the materials in the equipment!

1 If the equipment is running continuously, the materials in the equipment need not be cleared out. After the materials are dry, close the steam inlet valve, blower, induced draft fan, and discharge motor!

2 If the equipment does not run for a long time, the materials in the equipment must be cleaned. After the materials are dry, close the steam valve, open the bottom plate under the discharge port, and then turn off the blower, the induced draft fan, and the discharge. Motor! During the operation of the equipment, close attention should be paid to the operation of each transmission part and the boiling state of the materials in the wind chamber.

5. The air volume adjustment air volume adjustment is adjusted according to the actual condition of the material layer in the equipment. The amount of air volume must always keep the material in the equipment boiling and not excessively blown away!
