It was heated by boiler or outdoor stove, replaced by heat transfer in the underground drying tunnel, directly heated in the baking room, strictly controlled the temperature of different baking time, and explored the “baking roomâ€. 3-stage variable temperature drying technology to avoid direct contact between honeysuckle and gas, to prevent pollution of harmful substances such as sulfur dioxide, to implement pollution-free processing, and to obtain green pollution-free products.

In the temperature range of 35 to 40 °C, only a very small number of needles on the top and bottom of the drying rack are blackened, and the middle layer is evenly discolored. After the temperature of the barn is raised to above 40 °C, the honeysuckle enters the barn, and it quickly turns black, quickly wilting, and is not suitable for baking. It can be seen that the temperature range of the first stage is preferably 35 to 40 °C.
2.2.2 The effect of different temperature treatment on the quality of the second stage of honeysuckle baking On the basis of reference to the temperature of vegetable dehydration and roasting tobacco, combined with the water content and characteristics of honeysuckle, three groups of temperature treatment were set up. The results are shown in Table 3. The second paragraph is the transitional stage of honeysuckle baking, and it is also the key period for the color fixing of the appearance. It is suitable to control the temperature of the baking room at 50-55 °C.
2.2.3 Effect of different temperature segments on the quality of the third stage of honeysuckle baking The third paragraph of honeysuckle baking is the stage of dehydration and drying, stable appearance index, and the test is set to 4 temperature zones.
The temperature of the third stage is in the range of 55-60 ° C, and the color of the honeysuckle is dark, yellowish brown, and the shape is poor.
