The microporous membrane cartridge filter consists of a microporous membrane cartridge and a stainless steel housing with the necessary stainless steel tubing and valves. The lower part of the filter has a socket plate for inserting the filter element, and the board has a socket for the insertion of the filter element. According to the user's processing flow, the filter has a single core, 3 cores, 5 cores, up to dozens of filter elements. At the same time, in order to facilitate the loading and unloading of the filter element, the housing is divided into two parts, which are connected by quick-loading bolts.

1, filter model, specification meaning filter model:

Filter parameters include: specifications, membrane material, operating pressure example: Specification: 0.2 μm, 3T/h or 3m2/min means 3 tons of liquid flow per hour, or 3 cubic meters of filtered air per minute.

Membrane material: PP means polypropylene material operating pressure: ≤ 0.3Mpa means: the working pressure can not be greater than 3 kg pressure.

2. Preparation before installation a. Cleaning of filter element (1) Newly purchased filter element must be disinfected and disinfected with disinfectant or steam before installation. Generally, the pre-filter does not need to be sterilized, and the disinfection is mainly used for the filter element of 0.2 μm to 0.45 μm.

When using steam sterilization, it should be formulated into a certain depth of disinfectant according to the product description (for example, when disinfectant is used, it can be formulated into a disinfectant with a concentration of 100-150ppm, etc.), and then the filter element is placed in the disinfectant to soak 1 - 2 hours, then rinse off with water until there is no residual disinfectant.

When steam sterilization is used, it can be sterilized by saturated steam at a pressure of 0.1-0.15 MPa for 20-3.0 minutes. However, it should be noted that the steam valve should be slowly opened to prevent the steam from suddenly entering and damaging the filter element.

Note: If the customer requires steam sterilization when purchasing the filter element, it must be explained to the supplier to provide a steam-resistant filter.

(2) For newly purchased acetate filter elements, only disinfectant should be used for sterilization, and steam should not be used for sterilization.

b. Cleaning of stainless steel filter housing (1) Newly purchased stainless steel filter housings and pipes and valves before and after, must first use the cleaning agent to adhere the oil inside and outside the rework time and the dust and dirt adhered during transportation. Thoroughly cleaned;

(2) immersed in the prepared disinfectant solution, disinfected and sterilized;

(3) Then rinse with clean water until there is no residual disinfectant.

3. Preparation before use a. After the filter element and the outer casing have been thoroughly cleaned and sterilized, the filter is installed. First, apply clean water or clean filtered liquid as lubricant to the filter “O” ring, then insert the filter core vertically into the lower part of the filter. If the 226 interface is used, the interface should be binaural. Insert the chassis. After the “O” ring to be filtered enters the jack, screw it clockwise to insert the ears into the chassis slot. After loading, tighten the bolt seal.

b. After the filter is installed, the entire filtration system must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.

c. After the entire filtration system has been rinsed, the filtration operation can be performed.

4. Filtration and cleaning operation in the production process a. The filtering operation opens the exhaust valve, and slowly opens the feeding valve, introduces the liquid to be filtered, and immediately closes the exhaust valve when the liquid is discharged from the exhaust valve port, and slowly Open the discharge valve.

In the initial stage of filtration, since the filter element is still very clean and the filtration speed is also fast, the pressure inside the filter is generally maintained at 0.05 to 1 MPa. Over time, in order to maintain proper filtration rate, the pressure inside the unit can be gradually increased. However, the large pressure of the zui in the filter should not exceed the large operating pressure allowed by the different material filter elements (please refer to the technical parameters of various filter elements).

When the pressure inside the device is already high and the filtration speed is slowed down more, the filtration operation should be stopped and the filter cleaned.

b. Backwashing of the filter element (1) For the fine filtration of mineral water and water treatment, the backflushing can be backwashed with clean water first, and then flushed with the clean water filtered by the terminal, and then put into production.

(2) For the filtration of beer, beverage and other fermented feed liquids and sugar-containing liquids, it is recommended to use a pre-treated clean, oil-free compressed air backflush, then backflush with clean water, and then back flush with clean filtered water. After that, it can be put into production again.

(3) When the filter element has been used for a long time, after the backflushing by the above method, the filtration speed is still not ideal enough, the filter element can be removed and placed in a 2-4% NaOH solution for 4-8 hours. Rinse with clean water that has been filtered through the terminal to a residue-free lye, and then load it into the filter for further use.

(4) For those manufacturers who are not three-shift continuous production, it is recommended to clean the filter before each shift to avoid the long-term adhesion of dirt and bacteria, which will affect the normal operation of the next shift.

(5) When the filter element has been used for a long time, although the filter capacity of the filter element cannot be restored by the above various methods, it means that a new filter element should be replaced.
