The installation steps for the fully automatic fuel steam boiler are as follows:
1. Installation preparation:
(1) To determine the installation location, the automatic fuel-fired boiler installation unit must have a boiler installation qualification certificate issued by the higher-level competent authority that meets the installation scope.
(2), go through the registration procedures. According to the "Steam Boiler Safety Supervision Regulations", the units that use the boilers should go through the registration procedures one by one. The boiler use unit shall have a person responsible for the boiler installation work, responsible for obtaining with the local boiler supervision agency, and filling out the installation notice. When the boiler is installed, it must be attended by a furnace, and it is equipped with a pipeman, a fitter, a hoist, a cold workman, an electric welder and a support worker.
(3) Organize the staff to learn the installation technical measures, safety technical measures, and familiar with the boiler drawings and related technical documents.
(4) Before the boiler is installed, the boiler body, combustion equipment, components, auxiliary machines and accessories shall be inspected and accepted according to the drawings, and records shall be made. If it is found that the relevant standards are not met, it shall be promptly submitted to the factory.
2. Fully automatic fuel steam boiler and auxiliary machine lifting:
(1) Fully automatic fuel steam boiler body, auxiliary machine, accessory packing box and instrument packing box should be hoisted according to the lifting position specified by the factory. If the hook is damaged at any position, the user should be responsible.
(2) Trucks, lifting equipment, wire ropes required for tying, etc. shall have sufficient load capacity and shall comply with the technical specifications.
(3) Before lifting, select the lifting equipment according to the size and large weight specified in the technical specifications, and formulate corresponding safety precautions.
3, automatic fuel steam boiler host installation:
(1) The determination of the boiler foundation shall be based on the local soil quality and shall be redesigned by the civil engineering department with reference to the drawings provided.
(2) After the foundation of the fully automatic fuel steam boiler reaches the strength, it shall be inspected and accepted according to the boiler drawings, and the three basic lines of the boiler as a whole shall be obtained:
a. Vertical reference line—the center of the drum.
b. Horizontal reference line—front panel position line or panel position line.
c. Elevation reference line—You can mark each of the relevant locations around the base separately, and the corresponding offset between each mark should not exceed 1mm.
(3) After the boiler main unit is transported to the installation site, the center line of the boiler should be checked first, whether it is consistent with the center line drawn on the base; whether the normal water level of the water level is horizontal; then check whether the contact between the base and the foundation is tight, such as If there are gaps, horn or cement should be added to ensure that the wind chamber does not leak.
(4) Dimensional deviation and inspection method of installation position shall be carried out in accordance with GB50273-1998 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Boiler Installation Engineering".
4, auxiliary machine installation:
(1) Installation of the burner and feed water pump. Before installation, check the package according to the supply list. After confirming that the physical object matches the supply list and the inspection is qualified, the installation can be carried out. Check for defects such as jamming and air leakage after installation. After the zui, turn on the power test, check if the motor is turning normally, whether there is friction and vibration, and whether the motor temperature is normal.
(2) If the smoke duct connected is inconsistent with the design pattern and the length, elbow and cross-sectional area vary greatly, the smoke resistance should be redesigned, the flow of the drum and the induced draft fan, the indenter should be verified, and the automatic fuel steam should be satisfied. 5. Installation of fully automatic fuel steam boiler chimney:
(1) When the chimney is installed, the asbestos rope should be placed between the flanges, and the verticality of the chimney should be checked by hanging the vertical line. If there is a deviation, the level correction can be made at the flange connection.
(2) Pull the wire (wire rope) with a flange bolt, and note that the tightness of the three wire ropes should be approximately the same.
(3) The height of the chimney can be shortened or increased according to the requirements of the environment and local authorities.
6. Installation of automatic fuel steam boiler pipeline instrument:
(1) The deviation between the water level gauge and the normal water level line of the drum is ±2mm. The mark of zui high safety water level, zui low safety water level and normal water level should be accurately marked.
(2) The water level gauge shall have a drain valve (or drain cock) and a drain pipe to a safe location.
(3) The pressure gauge should be installed in a position that is easy to observe and purge, and protected from high temperatures, freezing and vibration.
(4) The pressure gauge shall have a trap pipe, and a cock shall be installed between the pressure gauge and the trap pipe to purge the pipeline and replace the pressure gauge.
(5) The dial surface should be marked with a red line indicating the working pressure of the boiler.
(6) The safety valve shall be installed after the boiler hydraulic pressure test is completed, and the working pressure of the safety valve shall be adjusted during the initial fire. The safety valve shall be equipped with a steam exhaust pipe, which shall pass through a safe place and have sufficient cross-sectional area to ensure smooth discharge of steam. The bottom of the safety valve exhaust pipe shall be equipped with a drain pipe at a safe place at the ground, and no valve shall be installed on the exhaust pipe and the drain pipe.
(7) Each boiler should be equipped with a separate sewage pipe. The sewage pipe should reduce the elbow as much as possible to ensure smooth discharge and connect to the outdoor safe place. Several units should use a total sewage pipe. When draining the expansion tank, a safety valve should be installed on the sewage tank.
(8) The drain valve of the fully automatic fuel steam boiler , the drain pipe is not allowed to be screwed.
